Can you check your Apache logs and see if there are any errors logged. The release notes for 9.4 and for 10.0 explain that selinux needs to be disabled for this to work correctly.

Cheers

Rules wizard problems

Postby ajpierson43 » Mon Mar 06, 2006 8:03 pm

I have the same problem, but I installed Scalix 10 from scratch. Here is what comes up in the apache access_log:

192.168.1.195 - - [06/Mar/2006:16:51:40 -0700] "GET /Scalix/rw?username=user@domain.com HTTP/1.1" 500 395 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; InfoPath.1)"

Shortly afterwards, this comes up in the error_log:

[Mon Mar 06 16:51:41 2006] [error] [client 192.168.1.195] Premature end of script headers: ice.cgi

-Thanks

Do you have selinux enabled? What is your OS?

When creating the rule the dialog box says:

To move a message to a subfolder, separate the folder names with a '/'

Try taking out the / in front of home.

Thanks,
Don
