being with Scalix, obviously German and located in Germany, I find this whole discussion quite important to have.
Now, we could certainly do a separate German area on this forum; I do agree with Dave that the number of customers and users of Scalix we have in Germany would generally justify this.
On the other hand, doing this obviously prevents our many non-German speaking users and some of our own personnel from easily reading and responding to posts; obviously, also for the German/English speaking forum users it makes searching for articles more difficult as one would have to use keywords in multiple languages to find the most relevant entries.
So there is obviously the chance of dilution - which I see as a disadvantage.
Before we take any final decision, I believe we'd like to hear more input on this from other German-speaking forum users; given all that is on the table, would you prefer to add a German section to this forum or should we have a language preference for English to keep everybody on the very same page.
