Outlook plugins are certainly a candidate for problems, though i haven't heard about this specific one.

anyway to access your server remotely?

Solved it!!

Here is what I think was wrong.
1) I had two users with the same CN. Lets say it was Bill Bloggs
2) I had each of these in different mailnodes
3) I iam stupid, and thought that ommapiperms was run against the loginid which were respectively:
bill.bloggs@domain1.com
bill.bloggs@domain2.com

ommapiperms -u bill.blogs@domain1.com gives nothing out.

So what did I do?
Changed CN for one of them to be William Bloggs
ommapiperms -u "William Bloggs" suddenly spews out a whole load of info.

Mind you I did all this at the same time as removing Outlook Business Manager too, so it could have been that which was the root of the problems. I'll try a few experiments to see.

OK, It was having the same CN that was the problem. I had thought that having them unique by vrtue of them being in different mailnodes would suffice. It doesn't. I think that is something to be looked at in a future release.

In theory, I believe the Mailnode should suffice to distinguish the users; I've passed this on to engineering for further investigation.

For the moment, glad that it works for you now.
