Email list is not opened during start of Web Access

We using Scalix Web Access since a few years, but there often are some problems. I want to talk here about one problem, which is quite serious. Since a
few days my email list is no longer shown after Scalix Web Access was started (see attached file). What is the reason? I have about 5000 emails in the inbox
(= "Posteingang" in GERMAN), is that a problem? My email account has a size of about 7.5 GByte, is this the problem? What other problems could be the reason for it?

Hi Georg,

I'm not an expert, but we have the same problem from time to time. Sometimes I had success with this command on the server:
omtidyu -u "User Name" -M -B

Hi,
the missing Scalix icon on the upper right corner and the text "Prüfe auf neue Nachrichten" is indicating that there is a problem with the API. You will probably see a bunch of errors in /var/opt/scalix/??/tomcat/logs/scalix-api.log. If a restart of of scalix-tomcat and scalix-postgres does not help you should have a deeper look into the logs.
Please note that there have been numerous fixes and improvements in this area in the last releases. If you are running an older version I would advise to upgrade first.
