show birthdays in calendar

is it possible to show the birthdays of my contacts in my calender without adding them explicitly to the calendar?

Outlook 2007 has the functionality if you add a birthday to a contact entry. Same with anniversaries. I haven't managed it with any previous version, though.

Thank you for your quick reply. It managed it with a makro within Outlook 2007, that changed every birthday field to a temporary value and back to the real birthday, so it created a new calendar entry for every contact.

It would be nice to have a feature in web access to show all birthday/aniversaries without having to change the birthday field.
