Problems archiving mail with Outlook XP and Scalix 11.4.3

Hi,

We're using Outlook XP (2002) w/ SP3 and Scalix Outlook Connector 11.4.3.8048 on Windows XP SP3. Scalix 11.4.3 is installed on CentOS 5.2.

We would start an archive of the user's inbox and subfolders to archive mail older than 6 months. It looks like it goes through as you can see Scalix go through the folders shown on the lower right hand corner of the Outlook window. But no mail older than 6 months gets archived. You can see mail a couple of years old still in the folders.

Manually moving messages into the corresponding folder of the archive is possible, but it is tedious and contrary to the point of initiating an archive.

we have the same issue

have you test it to export in a other format like txt? this works by us.

Was the smartcache created with 11.4.3 or earlier? Or are you even using SC?

We had is issue if the Outlook profile was created with 11.4.1 or 11.4.2. Outlook thought that messages were created with the SC was created. So to archive, you would either have to wait 6 months for the items to age, or set a date between now and when the SC was created.

If the smartcache was created with 11.4.3...we can archive normally...
