web access scalix 11.1

Hello,

I apologize in advance if I've overlooked this help topic!
I've been spinning my wheels combing through forums and can't find help with my particular issue. Very close, but another brick wall.
I'm using this Scalix version mainly because of the hassle of switching OS platforms and upgrading simultaneously.
Scalix v11.1.0.45 on Fedora Core 5 v2.6.20
Here is the scenario: One user in particular is having difficulties logging in from a web browser(Specs:WindowsXP Pro sp3, IExplorer version 6.0.29 sp3) No known incompatibilities, other users can log into this machine with no problems.
I've checked all tomcat logs, nothing hinting there, did the obvious and changed the password, deleted the users imap cache folder, several reboots. Basically all the steps required in similar forums.
The error I produced after using this line was very similar but not exact.

I think I'd be running an omscan and logging in to her account with an IMAP browser and looking for those folders to see if there's anything weird going on there.

Thanks for the reply.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I gave that a whirl already.
After I attempted an omscan -af there were no visible errors. Everything was labeled done and successfully finished.
I then rebooted.
Same error with web console.
I then proceeded to use thunderbird to open it with an imap browser.
After I created the account, closed, reopen.
Error
"The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: cannot SELECT that mailbox"
Thanks captain obvious mail server!?!

Think I'll check if file permissions got whacked first and then I'm left with just having to backup her mail folders and omdelu and recreate?
Any other suggestions?
