Upgrade from 11.3 to 11.4

Can i update from 11.3 to 11.4 easily?

By the last update, the Usermailboxes where emty.
Or is it nessesary to save the Mailboxes and install the Scalix new?

Normally upgrades are fairly painless, just run the upgrade and restart all the services, and everyhing works. If the mailboxes becomes empty, something else went wrong.

I always make a backup before an upgrade.
