Some Messages Imported from Outlook 2003 can not be viewed

We are testing the Scalix server
One user can only see some of the emails just as headers and when the message is double clicked the Outlook gives and error "Can not open this item. This operation is not supported until the email message is downloaded. Download and try again"

When you mark the message to dowlaod it gives another error saying that this action is not allowed.

This is happening with some messages. Any ideas ?

I need more information. Are these messages migrated from another system? You're talking about downloading messages with Outlook. Is Outlook configured as an IMAP or POP client?

This is one user having a problem with some messages. What is unique about those messages? Are they new or old or migrated?

Some of them are yes they were copied from an outlook pst file.

Outlook is configured through the mail as Scalix profile all default settings

There is nothing special about any of the messages some are new some are even copies of the same message forwarded by another colleague. One will display ok the other does not.
