I have purchased Enterprise level scalix
..installed and deployed the software
..migrated users ...and have left
more then one instance of a phone call
on the support voice mail!
So far I have left a message with
everything but my support pin#
as I don;t know what it is (I'm new)
but after waiting a week now I've recived
NO calls back!?!
Having worked for a unix var for 20 years
I have to say...scalix support is simply
horrible.
As a new customer and a new install
I would expect some level of "new user"
support to be available.
