Local Delivery partially aborts

My Local Delivery has been partially aborting. I finally caught the error in the log:

And of course it always picks the most un-opportune time to partially abort.

What does it mean in the SERIOUS ERROR: [SYS 2] No such file or directory
Current errno value: 2 ?

is it always with that same user?
SYS2 means either a file or diretcory does not exist, or insufficient permissions.

It may be the mailbox is corrupt, try

omcpoutu -n "username" -f /dev/null

see if there are any errors

it may be that the user had a rule that is bad:

omshowu -n "username" -f

that will show you the user's "g" directory, go there and use tfbrowse to check for rules:

tfbrowse -i *3d

I will also run omcheck and an omscan if neither of these show anything interesting
