Hi. It looks like you may have misread the sticky note as it says to add -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true to the JAVA_OPTS parameter. The line should be:

JAVA_OPTS="-server -Xms256m -Xmx256m -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true"

You need to have a space between the 256m and the -D.

Also make sure you go back and fix the JAVA_ENDORSED_DIRS line.

Thanks,
Rachel

Hi. Could you post your /var/opt/scalix/sys/smtpd.cfg file? What problems are you having when you attempt to send?

Thanks,
Rachel

Hi jo_loop,

I take it your're running FC4, please take a look at the FC4 Sticky Note in this forum regarding Tomcat. You'll want to disable that version and use the one that comes with Scalix.

Thanks,
Rachel
