Scheduling Free/Busy info synchonizing very slow

Hi!

We are using SCALIX v.11.1.0 in our company with so far 18 Premium users.
Our main problem right now is, that the free/busy info in the scheduling tab takes several minutes until it is being updated.

Example: User A registers an appointment from 12:00 - 13:00. Right after that, User B wants to invite User A to an appointment at 12:30 and checks his availibility in the scheduling tab. Unfortunately User A is not displayed as being busy - approx. 5-10 minutes have to pass by until the busy-info will be registered in the scheduling tab for this user. The funny thing is, that if User B has imported the calender of User A within Outlook, the appointment of User A is displayed/updated within seconds in that calender - but not in the scheduling tab.

Could somebody tell me where i could start to look for the problem? Is the scheduling free/busy mechanism being synchronized differently than imported calenders among users?

Would be very glad for advise.

In both SWA and the web client it is only updated at intervals. There is a setting in each of the clients to control the update interval. By default it is 15 minutes, I believe.

ok, but it should apply to the imported calernders then as well. however, only the scheduling service takes pretty long.

anyway, could you give me a hint where to find this setting in outllook's scalix settings?
