SEQ #1 error.

I have a person who is getting this error in SWA (using I.E.) each time his mailbox populates with new mail.

Running on scalix 9.2.1.

Any ideas?

Hi,

When you say "populates", do you mean everytime the user logs in, or everytime they receive a new message?

Please post the relevant SWA log file here and I'll take a look...

Hi,

We figured it out (somewhat). Its directly related to his deleting scalix server email with his blackberry (we have a notify server). Not sure this is a scalix issue or a notify issue, but will check with notifty to see what they think.
