FYI - user names are case sensitive too

Excellent idea! Lets get 11.3 on their from a reinstall and then go ahead and give it a shot.

I just upgraded to 11.3 and now I can log into web access but I can't log into sac. My account has admin rights, I can log in and check mail but the same user/pass can't get into sac. Not sure what is happening here, any ideas?

Further, I can log into SWA but not the mobile client with the same account.
