cant login with webmail or Outlook, but with sac

Hello!
After a systemcrash i cant login into webmail or with outlook. Only sxadmin can login in sac. In sac i see my users and i already set the password new. I get always the message, that the user doesnt exists or the passowrd is wrong.

In the Logfile from the IMAP Daemon is written:

Make sure the session monitoring is running properly (as well as other Scalix services)

That all looks good - is it possible to do a reboot of the server?

I reboot the Server 20 times and the service also.

I run omcheck and corrected some permissions and rebooted the system without success.

What now happens when you reboot the server? You said w/out success - what is not successful?

The services starts always with success, but the message in the imap daemon log is the same and it doesnt work.

I think i will export my mailboxes and reinstall scalix.
