sxmigrate use - To field is blank in the migrated mail

Been trying to get sxmigrate to give me the results I'm looking for.

Enivronment is exchange 5.5

export a users mail folder via exmerge to a .pst file

then move this file to a pc with the scalix connector installed on it.

Run the sxmigrate with commands suggested in the guide. Once its finished I login to webmail to the migrated mailbox and notice the TO: field is left blank . the From Lines are filled in properly.

Is there a way to fix this? Suggestions to modify the command line?
Is it necessary to use the exservice account in the dirauth statment? Or will anyother user account work?

When the Outlook client is connected to the migrated email box - the TO field is filled in.

But
From the Webmail client to the same account - the TO field is NOT filled in on any migrated email. It is filled in on all New email though.

Webmail bug? or sxmigrate bug - not filling in all the info used by the various clients.
