I had this issue and it is related to the ENVID that gets generated from outlook when email tracking is on.

Test sending the same email with the tracking options turned off in outlook.

I upgraded to scalix 11.0.2

Hai,

I found one of our employee having the same issue, I verified that system, Read Receipt and Delivery Recipt are not enabled, but still MS-Exchange server bounced those mail.

Finally i found he enable the Reply To option in his account setting, After we disable that option, it is working fine.
