HTML mails and character table problems

Hi,

I have a copule of pop users (most users of the company are IMAP) that receive a HTML mail and sometimes works and other won't. It's send at the same time from the same person inside the company to IMAP, outlook connector and pop users, but only the pop users seems to have trouble with the mail.
When the pop users can't open the mail, IMAP users receive it with an attachment called att001.dat that won't appear the times pop users get the message right.
Also, one of the pop users running outlook 2000 from time to time receives some mails that ussually comes right in what appear to be a wrong character table. We have changed outlook's character table and internet explorer's but it keeps working some days and others don't.
Anyone has any suggestion?

First question, are you running 11.2?

If not, upgrade and see if that fixes it. I don't usually pay much attention to the I18N issues, but there were at least a few fixed in the various releases of 11.x Getting to the current revision will be a very good thing.

Let us know from there.
