Unable to login to SAC

Hi, I've checked a few other other users' problems where they coudln't login to the Admin Console, but I haven't seen any of their symptoms.

The SAC was accessed successfully about 6 months ago when Scalix was installed. Today is only the second time I'm trying to login. Since then, no updates have been applied and no changes have been made to the system.

When I enter the sxadmin authentication id + password on the SAC login page all I get is "Attempting to Login" and no further.
If I try an incorrect set of credentials I receive a definite error message "Could not login. Check the Login ID and Password. You might have forgotten to include the domain name etc."

I used ommodu to change the sxadmin password but still could not login to SAC. Note that i CAN login to the webmail with any valid user however.

Any suggestions?
Any other info I need to post to clarify the problem?

Hi,

Check scalix-caa.log and scalix-res.log for possible errors. Also post the output of omshowu -n sxadmin and omshowu -n sxqueryadmin here for more clues.
