Strange Problem - om commands disappear during migration

Postby alfista » Fri Jul 13, 2007 10:22 am

I'm testing a migration from 10 to 11...

I got 11 running nicely in a clean vmware virtual machine on Centos 5
I did an uninstall of the scalix components
I mounted a clone of a 10.x drive in that virtual machine to copy /var/opt/scalix, retaining all permissions
I then reinstalled scalix 11 - no errors whatsoever

webmail -- WORKS! Yay!

However...the OM commands have disappeared?

[root@maildev ~]# omstat
-bash: omstat: command not found

reconfiguring the software didn't return them. What happened? What do I do to get them back and what else might have gotten messed up?
