I'd like to see the details of the messages that keep producing errors like this

I would suggest to enable audit logging with

omconfaud sr 11

this will log all messages that are passing the service router in /var/opt/scalix/??/s/logs/audit (Scalix 11).
Please note that there is no rotation for the audit log by default. So you have to switch off audit logging after that or use a logrotation for example with ommaint (http://www.scalix.com/wiki/index.php?title=Admin_Resource_Kit#Basic_monitoring_of_Scalix_with_ommaint)
