Is it possible to have full access in additional mailbox?

I can only access the inbox, calenda and contact in additonal mailboxes, however, my client want to have access to the whole mailbox (or atleast with the sent items). Is there a way to do that?

Delegate cannot have access to Sent Items of the principal user.

Is there any alternative other then delegation can do that?

It can be done this way:

- Log in as the user who's mailbox should be shared.
- Right click the folder you wish to share (Sent Items for example) and select properties.
- Go to the permissions tab and add the user who should have access. Give him the correct permissions for the folder.

- Log in as the user who want to view the shared mailbox
- Go to tools --> Scalix properties
- Go to tab advanced and add the mailbox.

This way you should be able to access any shared folder.
