Auto "BCC" emails to another external box for one

As anyone ever done this with Scalix? Basically, all incoming and outgoing messages for one user are automatically BCCd to an external email address. This needs to be done transparently to the user.

sounds like you need to use the archive server. Check the documentation in system wide configuration options in the "general.cfg", it should detail how to set that and mail messages to an external or internal address.
