Server 11.0.3 upgrade lost user in SAC but account works

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right forum but here we go.

I have just upgraded from 11.0.2 to 11.0 3 server and seem to have an issue that I have not tracked down on a quick search.

In SAC I seem to have lost my own user account, yet i can apparently still log in usingboth Outlook and webmail. All other accounts seem to be present and also accessible. Any ideas?

Just a question....How many users do you have?

Only 6 or 7. All Premium apart from sxadmin.

Also. forgot to say it is running on SUSE 10.1 platform

maybe not necessarily related to the upgrade:
Can you check if the mailbox is visible as a Resource?

The most common reason for that is that the user defines "auto accept meeting requests" from Outlook -> Tools -> Options - Preferences Tab -> Calendar Options -> Button "resource scheduling".

If this is the case you can revert this with

Code: Select all

 ommodu -o insert_name_here --resource N

Thanks, although I do not recall having set auto accept in Outlook - and cannot check as the File and Tools menus are visible but not accessible in Outlook since I upgraded to 11.0.3 connector, the command you suggest has brough my user back into the list in SAC.

So, one problem solved, one still to resolve
