Outlook Express - Spam Filter???

We have a user who insists on using Outlook Express for some reason. Sometimes when he tries to send a message, he gets an error saying that the recipient he's trying to send to is on a spam list. This error comes up in the send/receive status in OE.

Has anyone heard of this before? It works fine on the web client, and any other client.

Chances are that he's submitting his messages using an IP that's not inside your local network or domain and he's not authenticating.

He needs to configure his Sending settings to authenticate with the same user name and password that he used to log in with.
