New Account Properties

Is it possible to have some default settings for new accounts that go beyond the standard properties?

Actual Case:
I have a rule setup for all users that I set via sxaa to put all junk emails into a junk email folder. This works great for all the users that were around when I ran that. BUT, now there are several new employees, and I am having to run the command manually for each of them for it to take effect on their account. Is there a way to have scalix run a script to add such things to their account after any new account is created?

Also, which file is it that controls the defaults for the user accounts? As it is right now, by default all users are premium users, and I'd like to change that back to being standard users by default.

There is nothing built-in that I know of, but you could create a plugin to call omaddu and then sxaa.

There is info in the Scalix Admin Guide on writing plugins.
