omcontain

Hello everyone. Long time since I have posted anything, but I have been checking to see how things have been going. I have a problem though, and based on some searches here, it looks like omcontain might be the thing to fix it, hence the subject line.

I have a user who is strictly swa based on his location, but used to be on Outlook using Exchange. I migrated him in strictly for his contacts/calendar using the Scalix Migration Tool.
He is also one of our users for the Notify Solution (which works by the way, just not as well as I would like it to. I logged into his mailbox through the latest version of Scalix Connect for Scalix 10 (still on 10, but the latest update for it too. Planning an upgrade soon to 11) because Notify won't sync unless you have logged into the account once with Connect. I didn't notice anything wrong here. Not saying it wasn't broken, but I didn't see it. When he logged in with SWA, he has two folders marked contacts and two folders marked calendar. I would like to get rid of the duplicated ones.

Problem #2, related: Does it matter which one I delete, since they are both the same name and neither are able to be deleted through Outlook (tried that, gives me permission errors)? I ask because only one of each of the contacts and calendar directories are actually syncing with Notify. I would like to keep the ones that are syncing so I don't need to screw around with the Notify server anymore than I absolutely have to.

Thanks for any help in advance.
-Chad

PS. I know that omcontain is password protected. If someone from scalix would like to mail it to me email username is chadmcnabb and my company is krazan.com. (Do you think this will fake out the automated spam crawlers?)
