When we send messages to certain Exchange 2003 servers, we see the following behavior:
A "Could not send message for past n hours" where n is the timeout for message attempts
followed a couple of days later (our timeout, which I believe is the default) by
a failure message containing the following:
(reason: 403 4.7.0 TLS handshake failed.)
This is puzzling, since neither side (to my knowledge) is using TLS. Any thoughts, suggestions or comments would be gratefully received.
