I searched the forums about "evaluation period has ended" and found posts about that error actually being something else with pre-release versions, but in my case, I'm using last current version ( 11.0.2.23). Today I received the message when I tried to login, I have been using this release since was available for production.
Login SAC, check the properties for the user in question, click the Advanced tab, is a check
next to "User can use SWA", if not place one, and save changes, now try login to SWA.
