SpamAssin in Scalix Environment

I followed the instructions, in the technical note on setting up spamassassin with two IP's, no mail gets sent or received.
I'm behind a firewall and NAT, the external IP, it must be my "real" external IP and not the local IP which is NATed on the outside, the inside IP will be a local IP that is only routed on the inside...right, I read where a new "how to was to be done for this" is it yet available.

instead of using two IPs, you can also just keep using one and setting the SMTPFILTER=true option in your smtpd.cfg config file. This will actually run all incoming mail to sendmail as a filter. search for this keyword in the forum for further instructions.

The option has been around for a while, however, it will only be documented for the next release. We will update the SpamAssassin technote then.
