unable to see plugin list on SAC

Some one can tell me how can I see the plugin left panel on the scalix admin console?

There may not be any plugin installed, so no result. Refer to the link below to find a chapter
on "Using Management Plugins" at page # 80:

Did you check the section 'Deploying Management Plugins'? It's like something to do with the file permissions (700 root:root) or the steps 1-3 under the mentioned heading.
