External Meeting Requests

Hi,
If a client emails me with a meeting request they immediatly get a returned email:

What is really bizarre is that user Firstname_Lastname does not exist in SAC.

But apart from the client receiving the email above every other aspect of the meeting request interaction works fine.

We are currently running Scalix version 9.2

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Any chance we could get you to upgrade to 10.0.5?
