Palm Treo Sprint

I have been able to sync Palm Treo with Active Sync4.2 / OL 2003 on XP with Scalix 10.0.x on two different mail accounts.

However, I can't get it to sync on the account of the Treo owner. Email and Contacts sync fine, but calendar gives "server Busy" error and nothing syncs. I have tried to sync only two weeks of the calendar but no luck.

How can I diagnose or repair this users calendar? Anyone have had a similar problem?

What are you using to sync? wired or wireless?

I fixed the problem. Seems that the hand held only has a 2 minute window to get a sync going. If you have a lot of data, it will give this error.

After many many tries, I realized that if I dismiss the error message 2 times (including the one saying "you may loose data") the Treo will sync fine.

At least it is working now
