I have been trying to reach someone at Scalix for some questions by email to andreas.ressle@scalix.com and info@scalix.com as well as by phone (german telephone number). Unfortunately, I haven't recieved a reply yet and I get a mailbox answering my call in english when I call the german phone number. Is there some german phone contact I can get in touch with ?
It would be nice if things could be resolved quickly. The customer, which is referenced in my mail is one of a couple of customers we got, who would like to get started with Scalix. They are basically waiting for the evaluation to be completed so we can tell them if Scalix is for them.

Hello,
a while ago I recieved a temporary license key for Scalix Evaluation. Due to various
reasons it took a while before the product could be installed at a customer site. The
customer has been evaluating the software for about 2 weeks now and has run into a couple of smaller issues, e.g. Outlooks reports new mail even though there is no new mail, garbled Outlook interface. I would like to update the installation on site to version
11.0.1, hoping that it might fix those issues. The link I got together with the license
key only offers version 11.0.0. Is it possible to use the community download to update
the enterprise evaluation version or is there a different link available for 11.0.1-enterprise ?
The license will expire on Feb. 22th. Since the software was installed when more than
half of the evaluation period already passed by, is it possible to prolong it for another
week or two to see, if that update solves the issues experienced by the customer ?
