sxadmin password

Hello,
I have a Scalix 11 community version on Redhat AS 4. I changed the sxadmin password and was able to login using the new one.
One of my other admins did not know the password and tried the old password several times , now I can not use old or new passwords. I get the following message :
"Could not login check the login ID adn password. You might have forgotten to include the domain name as part of your Login ID"

I have tried iwith domain name , mail node and several other combinations but none work.

Any suggestions ?

Looks ok, have you tried setting the password again using:

ommodu sxadmin -p <newpassword>

I had to run ommodu -E sxadmin to unexpire the user ID and then I was able to login

This is resolved now.
