Fetch mail from external POP3 Account

Is in scalix 11 GA something like fetchmail integrated?

I have to fetch mails from ISP Mailaccounts (over POP3)!

Or do i have to setup fetchmail as service in the background?

You'll need fetchmail - I don't see Scalix re-inventing this wheel anytime soon :-)

You probably won't want to run it as a daemon (or service in Windows parlance) on a multi-user system, but run it for each individual user as a cronjob, as explained here:
