Using Scalix 10
Dirsync had been working for a while, then a few weeks ago this message
is getting in the sxadmin mailbox of one side only.:

he attached message was received by Directory Synchronization
(+DIRSYNC) but could not be processed for the following reason

Don't know why or what it means.
The routes ARE configured on both servers (emails get delivered back and forth all the time...)

I did. But it doesn't tell me anything.
My routes are set up properly.
My agreements exist both way.
And it worked properly for a month before this started to happen.

Please post the output from the command omshowds -i N where N is the number corresponding to the dirsync agreement listed by omlistds -i

Also, please check that your license hasn't expired by running the command sxlicense
