HELP !!!!! Local Delivery Partially Aborted 304 messag

Please HELP !
Suddenly i noticed that mails are coming to scalix, but not distributed to user mailboxes.
Then i saw that they are in Local Delivery Queue !!!
HELP !!!
When this happened, i tried to extract mail archive mailbox ( ARCHIVE feature in general.cfg) to PST file. It was not big ( around 1,5 G)

HELP !!!!
i issued " service scalix stop ", 30 minutes ago, but still it is not stopped.

Ok, it stopped.
And i remove ARCHIVE feature from general.cfg.
After start i needed to omscan Scalix-Archive user anyway so local delivery to downcount the messages in queue.
But there is still a problem - SAC and Webmail does not function. I get the following error:
