restore date

I have a scalix server that I have rebuilt (reloaded fedora and scalix) and need some guidance on restoring the data from the old disk which was giving in. I have managed to copy the /var/opt/scalix folder and the /opt/scalix folders as well as the /etc directory from the old disk.
Please could someone tell me which folders to copy back if this is possible inorder to allow the users to get their mail including old mail as it was stored on scalix - they were all using outlook.
The installation was new and was outsourced, as such no backup strategy was put in place.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You are lucky You need to copy /var/opt/scalix, preserving permissions, then install Scalix on the new machine.
