Can't not access SWA or SAC

Ok , the install went fine , i checked out some of the logs that is stays to look at if the webpages are not working and this is what i found out.

You don't give any version numbers, platform information or error messages that you see.

There's no information for us to work with.

the error i am getting at the web browser is
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

What is reported in your Apache logs under /var/log/httpd ?

Can you post some context around those messages ? That indicates that something is already listening on port 443.

there should be nothing listening on 443

i did a fresh install of FC4
then installed Scalix right away

i installed nothing extra on FC4

I'm looking for the contents of the /var/log/httpd/error_log so that I can see where the error occurs. I asked for more context because I don't want you to post the entire log. I'd like to see the 10 lines surrounding the error you noted.

I'm sorry but this doesn't show me the error at all.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and ask you to check that selinux is disabled.

The file /etc/selinux/config should contain the line

Code: Select all

SELINUX=disabled
or

Code: Select all

SELINUX=permissive


If you need to make a change to the file, you should reboot your server.
