Forwarding mail to filesystem script?

We use a trouble-ticket system that likes to have incoming mail from support@ forwarded to "|mailpipe.php" for processing into trouble tickets in the database.

Would we do this through sendmail or is there a way to accomplish this with Scalix?

Scalix has a Request Server. Chapter 13 of the administration guide details what can be done with this.
