always_bcc feature

Postby vbg » Thu Oct 12, 2006 9:45 am

Hi

can anyone tell me how to mark all mails (incoming & outgoing) in the scalix system to a specific local account

This feature is similar to the always_bcc directive in postfix main.cf

The feature is called archiving in Scalix and BCC is one of the methods provided. Please check the Admin Guide for details.

Thanx Florian

Shall check it up

I hv two other requirements.

1. All non-scalix host mails need to be archived to another mailbox - e.g. externalmailbackup@domain.com

2. All mails (both incoming & outgoing) of some users need to automatically forwarded to another email id -

salesexec1@domain.com - salesmanager@domain.com
salesexec2@domain.com - salesmanager@domain.com

Pls help on this one too

we can't make that difference inside our system - however if you combine archiving to a bcc box with procmail (which can sort messages based on sender and recipients), you should be able to get going somehow.

cheers,
Florian.
