empty Mail-Adress not possible

Postby kurtbe » Thu Oct 12, 2006 8:33 am

So the topic is quite not perfect but here is my ~not really a problem~:

I snyc my openldap users to scalix and that is quite working. The scalix user has 3 Mail Adresses and after deleting one of the three addresses I got the following error when sending mail to the user:

----------------------------- ERROR REPORT ----------------------------- Message could not be delivered to the following recipient:

mbendlin / sun, bendlin/CN=Mark Bendlin

because: 'The recipient's mailbox has been configured with an unlicensed domain.' [OM 9346]
------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------
----------------------------- TRACE REPORT -----------------------------

10/12/06 14:19:07 Passive Routing Record: ** Message Relayed
Node: scalix.mail.node Address: scalix.node

Node: scalix.mail.node Address: scalix.node

uhhhhm ...

The error was: in my (greyed out) SAC I found the user with emtpy folders in the third mailadress, which I deleted in OpenLDAP.

So the Sync Agreement removed the content of the third Mail Adress but not the Adress itself in scalix and so the error occured (I think).

After writing a third E-mail Adress back to the user in openldap and syncing the user was shown in sac with three mail adresses. E-Mailing was working after this.

Hope you understand my really bad english, please reply if more informations are needed to understand what I mean ...
