how do i move all email from scalix to a new scalix box

i am currently using vps for scalix....i am now allocating one of my boxes for this...how do i move all the email in the current vps scalix to the new scalix box i'm setting up?

check out the forum, this topic has been covered 10 times i believe.

basically we talk about copying /var/opt/scalix over - however, hostname changes might be one of the smaler hurdles to overcome.
