Is there a changelog for the new 9.4 release

Postby BigBirdy » Tue Aug 09, 2005 11:25 am

I guess the subject line is the question. Just want to know the differences/changes/fixes in the new release. As a licensed user I still have not received any notification of the new release so I imagine there is a changelog in that notice?

As a licensed user, there's practically no difference between 9.2.1 and 9.4.0. The only functional difference is embodied in the new user classes. For details, consult the release notes.

The release notes mentioned there have been a lot of bug fixes, I would like to know what bugs were fixed to see if it is worth me spending my weekend installing an upgrade to our server. I will not install an upgrade just to "stay current" as it is not a minor process in our office.

The bug fixes in Scalix 9.4 are of a non-critical nature for the broader customer base. Our recommendation would be to upgrade to Scalix 9.4 if you would benefit from the new "community" user type.
