omcpoutu error

When I tried to export a user's mailbox using omcpoutu, I got following error message, and the export stopped:

omcpoutu : [SYS 2} /var/opt/scalix/data/000004n/0011t64 file system error number 2

No such file or directory

How to let the omcpoutu ignore the error to continue to finish the export?

You need to fix the structure error first. Run omscan -a -A -f and try the omcpoutu after that finishes. You should be OK then.
