I agree - please also check VMWare's forums and mailing lists - the time drift issue on 2.6 kernels is discussed there quite a bit.

There is no statement of support of Scalix on VMware or not - we don't support or don't support specific platforms on which supported OS versions run; as the OS can't really know (other than looking at the BIOS string) that it's running on VMware, that probably does it for us. All we post is experience reports here indicating that I/O performance (and therefore overall system performance) can be problematic in any kind of virtualized environment.

hmmm....didn't seem to fix it....still going fast..... not it's 30 mins advanced as of last nights date/time update....

Hi...

believe the VMWare folks have a pretty active discussion forum as well - would suggest that you actually move the thread over there or search - they should have more pointers than here.... ;-) Not trying to scare you off though!
