Samsung Contact log

Excusme for the post to this NG but i hope Scalix experts help me.
My script fetchmail (version 6.2.5) downloads all mails by other servers and when it finishes Samsung Contact write in log file (fatal) this message:

This is something that you need to be sending to the Samsung Contact support team.
