Rules in Public Folder

Hi List,

I have a scalix 10 server with public folder (Bulletin Board) running. I give the Bulletin Bord (example: office), an emailadress (example: office@irgendwas.at), so that my team look in this, when comming new email. My spamprotection software mark email with a word SPAM in subject.

I will, that all emails with the word SPAM in the subject move or forward in a other folder.

How can I do this?

Robert,

server-based rules can only be set for a personal mailbox. What you might be able to do is to come up with a set of rules on the personal mailbox that process the spam first and then forward all non-spam to the public folder.
